I have worked with outsourced labour in the past, but I've developed a good relationship with one coder in particular in Romaina.

The guy that did my template for this site as a matter of fact.

I recently hired / partnered with him to create a massive blogging network that will allow me to cross link my sites for better SEO ranking. This is the type of thing that people are selling links to for $50 each, so it'll be interesting to see how it develops.

In order to keep him focused I am paying him full time wages to work on this and some of my side projects. it's exciting to have a coder on staff again for the first time since undernet.* days.

I just upgraded my flickr folder account to a "pro" account.

I decided after a harddrive crash that I should have some sort of better backup plan for photostorage long term.

I really like the way flickr works and the RSS feed thing is dope...

24$ for 2GIG's a month seems rediculously cheap so I bucked up for a two year account...

this is a cool feature I found on the site you can make a "badge" for tagging into your blogs and such I guess.

Think I'll do this for www.myDJstudio.com too, but in the mean time here are some of my firework shots.
