It's feeling very much like spring today, the kids are playing in the yard on a holiday from school.

I don't know why I'm feeling nostalgic for the snow, but it was such a pretty winter this year and with all the rain lately I was thinking that it would be nice to go back in time a little to when it was all white and fluffy outside.

Here are some shots that I took this winter, it's also a chance for me to experiment with the new web albums feature of Picassa.

Just realised how long it's been since I last blogged.

The move into the house was more or less uneventfull.

Natasha just turned 7 today and it's a bit of a stunner. She's growing up so fast, and the last few years seem to be going by so quickly, it makes me wonder what the next 7 will be like.

My business is doing well, IXLD media has a few real clients and the WPUL backend system has almost become a product of it's own called ... XLsuite.

In less than one hour, we will be walking over to get Rick Stonehouse to let us into our new home.

I've been watching this house over the last several years as the owner (Nicole Liddel) painstakingly renovated the house. This is a woman that spared no expence and fiddlied with every detail of the home.

For a house that was built in 1905 (yes over 100 years old) it's in imaculate condition. The insides have all been redone with the orriginal woodword and finishings retained.

The fact that there is a large garden to the side of the house was a huge selling feature for us, having a yard that the kids can play in will be really nice.

Not to mention that I get to come out of the basement and work in the light, also a nice new adustment to make.

It's going to be pretty hecktic as Juliet and I are both on a major business push. She'll be going away to Montreal for a firm meeting just days after we move in, and I'll be going to LightFair in Vegas in about a week.. so I guess we'll be living in boxes for a while.

I'm going to get Natasha a new bunkbed today. We tried to convince her that since she now had a big room, the bunkbed was no longer necessary... but she likes being up high so we'll just have to play along I guess. I'm pretty willing to get her whatever she wants since she's being forced to leave her amazing room here

As much as it's a major push to get packed up and move, it's going to be nice to have more room and be in a "grand" house that we can really apprieciate.

In my ever expanding learning curve about online marketing, I've come accross the blog spam market as posted before....

this is a product that I'm interested in checking out, I'll let you know if I do and what I think of it.
